Mostly good but some quirks
Started using Airtable a few months ago for inventory tracking. I like how customizable the tables are and the multiple views help me see data from different angles. The mobile app is okay but sometimes slow to update, which can be frustrating when I’m on the go. Also, automations occasionally trigger late, which messes with my workflow timing. Support was responsive but the fixes took longer than I hoped. Still, it’s better than the clunky spreadsheets we had before.
Good but some slowdowns
The platform works well for most tasks and the interface is clean. However, when working with large datasets, I notice lag that can slow me down. Also, setting up some of the automation rules wasn’t very intuitive at first, took me a while to get it right. Customer service was okay but could be faster.
Useful but needs improvement
I use Airtable to manage my small business inventory and orders. It has most features I need but sometimes the interface feels cluttered, especially when I add many linked records. The export functions don’t always work smoothly, which is annoying. Support helped with setup but didn’t solve all my issues. I’m hopeful they’ll improve it soon.
