Flight itself was comfortable but I had trouble with the online check-in. It kept crashing and I had to call support, which took longer than expected. Otherwise, boarding and arrival went smoothly.

The flight to CDG was on time and the cabin crew were polite. However, the baggage retrieval took over 40 minutes which was frustrating after a long trip. Hope they improve that part.

Used Air France to fly from Moscow to Nice and the flight itself was fine, crew was polite. The only downside was the mobile app kept crashing when I tried to check my boarding pass and flight status updates. It was annoying because I had to rely on emails and screenshots. Their airport kiosks helped with the boarding pass eventually but I hope they fix the app bugs soon.
