Good experience with minor app issues
Loved the cozy apartment and the host was very welcoming. The only hiccup was the app crashing once during payment, but customer support sorted it out quickly.

Mixed feelings about my stay
The place was clean and looked like in pictures but the heating didn’t work well during cold nights. Host tried to fix it quickly but it took a couple of days. Also had some trouble with the app during check-in. Decent experience but could be better.

Good location but noisy neighbors
Loved the central location of the apartment, easy to get around the city. Unfortunately, the neighbors were loud late at night which disturbed our sleep. The host offered a partial refund which was nice. Would stay again if noise was addressed.

Nice place but check details carefully
The photos looked great but the place was smaller than expected. Also had to ask several times for extra towels. Host was polite but slow to respond. Good location though, close to the subway.

Nice place but booking glitch
Booked a cozy cabin last week and the place was lovely, exactly as pictured. The check-in process was a bit confusing though, the app kept glitching and I had to call the host twice for the entry code. Still, communication was good and the host was understanding, so the stay ended up being really comfortable.
