Mostly reliable tracking
I use AfterShip to keep tabs on all my incoming shipments from different carriers. It’s helped me catch a delayed package early last month, which saved a lot of headache. The interface is clean, but sometimes the updates lag behind by a few hours.

Useful but needs improvement
I mostly like AfterShip for tracking my parcels from different couriers all in one place. Sometimes the app fails to update status on time, which worries me especially for urgent deliveries. Customer support is okay but not super fast during weekends. I hope they improve real-time tracking accuracy soon because that’s key for me.
