Good but reporting is confusing
I like the range of automation options ActiveCampaign offers, especially the conditional content in emails which lets me personalize messages based on customer behavior. That helped increase click-through rates significantly. However, the analytics dashboard took me a while to figure out, and I wish the real-time data was more accurate. Also, for some campaigns, delivery timing felt off, maybe a timezone bug? Still, it’s overall a useful marketing platform and the integration with our CRM is smooth, which saves us tons of manual work.
