Enjoyed my stay but minor hiccups
I chose an Accor hotel for a business trip, mainly because they have a good range of mid-priced options. The check-in was quick thanks to the mobile app, which I appreciated. The room was clean and had everything I needed, but the air conditioning was a bit noisy at night and disturbed my sleep. Also, I had a minor issue with the hotel gym equipment being out of service. Staff handled all requests politely though and helped me find alternatives nearby. not perfect but definitely comfortable enough for work travel and I'd stay again.

Great location but Wi-Fi was frustrating
I stayed at an Accor hotel in Paris last month hoping to get some work done during my trip. Location was unbeatable, right near all the main sights so I didn’t waste time traveling. The room was stylish with a comfortable bed, but the Wi-Fi kept dropping which was annoying. Reached out to reception twice but the issue wasn’t fully resolved. For leisure travelers it’s fine, but those needing reliable internet might get frustrated. Otherwise, very happy with the staff and the breakfast options were fantastic.

Fantastic service and comfort
This was my first time using Accor’s booking site and I was impressed. Found a great deal on a hotel in Rome which included free breakfast and late checkout. Perfect weekend getaway
Booked through Accor for my birthday trip. The hotel was lovely, pool area was spotless and staff remembered my name which was a nice touch. Breakfast buffet was great but a bit pricey. Overall very happy with the experience and would use again.
