I've been using Abra for nearly six months now to manage small crypto loans. The platform overall is quite intuitive but there have been a few times when the fee structure wasn’t immediately obvious before I took the loan. Also, one time I tried to extend the loan term through the app and the system crashed twice, which was frustrating. Luckily, customer support eventually sorted it out, but it wasn’t the quickest resolution as I had to follow up multiple times. Aside from these hiccups, the repayment reminders and dashboard tracking are solid and have made keeping up with payments easier.
