I took out a loan with Abra expecting clear terms but ended up confused by some hidden fees after the fact. The worst part was when I reached out to support about it, they took forever to get back to me and didn’t really explain properly. I was left wondering if I should pull out next time. Wish they’d improve communication and transparency, especially for first-timers who aren’t used to crypto lending nuances.

I tried Abra for a loan but the repayment schedule was confusing and the app sometimes lagged during transactions. Also, the fees were higher than I thought from the start. I did manage to get the loan, but I’m not sure if I’d use them again given these hiccups.

I tried their crypto-backed loan last month and it worked okay but the interest rates seemed a bit high compared to others. The repayment schedule is flexible though, which helped me a lot. Support was slow to respond when I asked about fees.
