Mixed feelings on accuracy
I appreciate that 17TRACK supports so many carriers worldwide, but sometimes the tracking updates are delayed or incorrect. For example, an important package I awaited showed delivered in the app but wasn’t with me yet, which was frustrating. Customer support was slow to respond and couldn’t offer a clear solution. The idea is great but the execution could be more reliable for urgent shipments.
