Good but could be better with communication
I signed up for Zoosk hoping to find someone special after a pretty long break from dating apps. The platform is user-friendly and I liked the way it curates matches based on your behavior, which felt more natural than just swiping. However, I noticed that some messages took hours to be delivered, and sometimes the chat notifications didn't pop up on my phone immediately which made me miss some conversations. Also, the premium subscription is a bit pricey compared to others I've tried, but the quality of matches is better for sure. a solid choice if you're willing to invest a little time.

Pretty good but some annoyances
Joined Zoosk hoping to meet someone compatible, and the base idea of the algorithm is neat it really tries to learn your preferences instead of just random matches. The app crashed once when I was about to send a message, which was frustrating because I lost my text. Also, some profiles seem inactive but still show up in matches, which wastes time. Support responded quickly when I reached out about the bug though, so that was a relief. I think with a few tweaks this could be a top dating site for me.

Mostly good but some glitches
Good experience but the app crashed a couple times while I was typing messages which was annoying. Also, the photo upload took longer than expected. Otherwise, profiles seem genuine and the daily matches are decent quality.

Easy to use and helpful
The app is super intuitive and I like that it integrates photos and interests smoothly. Got more quality matches here than on another app I tried last year. Customer support was helpful when my subscription payment didn't go through the first time. Happy with my experience so far.
