Good concept but some hiccups
Started using zkSync to reduce my Ethereum gas costs and while the zero-knowledge rollups work well in theory, I ran into a few technical issues. For example, one transfer took nearly an hour to finalize which was frustrating when compared to their claimed speed. The support team was helpful eventually but the wait time was annoying. Still, the overall cost savings and scalability benefits make it worthwhile for me to keep using it, especially for smaller DeFi transactions.

Mostly smooth but minor delays
Used zkSync for a couple of months with Ethereum transactions. Speeds are generally good but I've noticed occasional delays during high network traffic. Fees are definitely lower than on mainnet, which is a big plus.

Reliable but support response slow
Transactions through zkSync usually go through quickly and with minimal gas fees, which I appreciate since Ethereum’s mainnet fees can be brutal. However, I ran into an issue where my staking rewards didn’t show up immediately, and the support team took a couple of days to get back to me with a clear explanation. It wasn’t a huge problem, but faster communication would definitely improve the experience.

Great for frequent traders
As someone who makes multiple trades daily, zkSync's fast transaction processing saves me a lot on gas fees. Occasionally I notice a slight delay in the withdrawal process but it’s usually resolved quickly. The app interface is intuitive enough for quick swaps and keeps me from having to wait long on Ethereum mainnet congestion.
