Better than some, but needs polish
Started using ZipRecruiter six months ago. It’s definitely better than some free job boards I tried before, especially with the mobile app working smoothly. Sometimes the recommended jobs are not well curated, leading me to sift through less relevant options. The employer responses have been decent but not outstanding. I feel like the platform shows promise but could be more user-friendly in sorting and communication features.

Helpful but could improve filtering
