Good but needs improvement on fees and interface
I’ve had a few trades settle slower than I expected, especially when the market was busy in mid-March. Their fee structure isn’t super transparent; I had to dig to find details about withdrawal charges. Also, the UI feels a bit outdated compared to competitors like Binance or Coinbase Pro. Despite this, their customer support helped me troubleshoot a stuck transaction quickly, which was a relief. I keep using them because of staking rewards but hoping the platform evolves.
