The hardware is compact and stylish, perfect for my coffee shop. Payment processing is fast but I ran into a delayed deposit issue once. Support was helpful but could be faster. Still, it beats my old system easily.

I started using Zettle six months ago. The card reader is lightweight and the app interface is intuitive. Sometimes the app crashes mid-transaction which is frustrating. Support responded quickly and resolved it, but it happened twice already.
