The signup and KYC process was smooth, took just a couple of days. I like the low brokerage charges and the mobile app works well for quick trades. Haven’t tried their advanced features much but as a casual trader it’s fine.

I started with Zerodha about 8 months ago for equity and commodity trading. The fees are comparatively low and I like how the Kite platform integrates real-time data with easy-to-use charts. However, there have been days when the app would glitch, causing delays in order confirmation which is risky during volatile markets. The support team helped, but their response lag affected some of my intraday trades. Still, their portfolio management tools have helped me track my investments much better than my previous broker.
