Not sure if it’s just me, but sometimes the app lags when I switch between coins. The interface is clean but lacks some advanced features I was hoping for. I do like the security model though, it feels safer than wallets I've used before.

I've been using ZenGo since early 2023, mainly for Bitcoin and Ethereum storage. The no-private-key system was what caught my attention, and honestly, it’s worked great so far. Never lost access, and sending crypto is straightforward. Support was helpful when I had questions about staking options too.

Been with ZenGo for about six months but the transaction processing times are hit or miss. Sometimes transfers show up right away, other times it takes hours. Also, I wish the app showed more detailed fee breakdowns. For a crypto wallet, that transparency is pretty important to me.
