Mixed feelings about Zcash implementation
Started using Zcash last November after reading about its privacy features. The shielded transactions really are a big deal since they hide sender and amount details, which I value a lot. However, I ran into some trouble during the initial setup because the wallet needed a long sync time which wasn’t clearly mentioned in the docs. Also, when a transaction got stuck for a few hours, support was reachable but their fixes took longer than expected. Still, I appreciate they keep improving the protocol regularly and the community is active in addressing privacy concerns.
