Had trouble with a stuck transaction last week, customer support took days to respond and didn’t resolve my issue fully. The UI glitches made it harder to track my assets. Hope they improve those parts soon.

Good platform, some hiccups
I like how Youves lets me mint and manage tokenized assets easily. But once my transaction froze in the middle and tracking it was a pain because the interface didn’t update properly for hours. Support was slow but eventually helped me get it sorted out.
