Good but needs better support and clarity
I started using Yield Yak about two months ago after hearing about their multi-chain yield farming automation. The service mostly works well for staking and compounding rewards automatically, which definitely takes some load off. However, the user dashboard could be more intuitive, especially with understanding how APYs are calculated and which protocols are involved. I had to reach out to support twice because a claimed reward didn’t appear immediately in my wallet, and while they responded, the answers were a bit vague and took a day or so. Still, the overall gains have been decent and the gas savings are noticeable, so I’m sticking around but hoping for clearer info and quicker help next time.
