Tried the automated investment strategies but results were inconsistent. Sometimes gains were better than manual moves, other times I lost more than expected. The analytics are good for manual decisions but I’d like the automation to be smarter. Support was okay but a bit slow to reply on strategy adjustments.

Started using Yield Basis six months ago for yield optimization across different DeFi protocols. The platform’s portfolio tracker is definitely a plus, giving a good overview of my positions and returns. However, the automated strategies sometimes made trades that didn’t align with sudden market changes, causing minor losses. I contacted support about this and they acknowledged it but said the algorithm could take some time to adjust. Also, the mobile app occasionally lagged during peak traffic times which was frustrating when trying to rebalance quickly. Despite these issues, I keep using it because the analytics tools are very useful for my investment decisions.
