Good but withdrawal delay
Trading experience has been mostly positive. Platform offers wide asset range including cryptos which I like. However, I did face a withdrawal delay of 4 days last month which was annoying. Support explanation was polite but I'd expect faster processing. Still, the charting tools and market news feed are very helpful for my daily trades.

Decent but interface needs tweaks
I use XTB mainly for forex and crypto trading. The platform offers good liquidity and decent spreads. However, sometimes the web interface lags a bit when loading multiple charts. The mobile app is smoother, although lacks some advanced tools I use on desktop. Customer support is responsive but could improve explanations on margin calls. not bad for the price but could be better.
