Not bad, some UI bugs
I like the selection of coins but sometimes the app glitches during order placement, which is annoying when trying to catch fast moves. Support replies can be hit or miss too.

Support helped rescue my stuck withdrawal
Had an issue last month where my BTC withdrawal got stuck in pending for over 48 hours. I reached out to their live chat and after some back and forth, the support team escalated it and fixed the blockchain confirmation problem. It was stressful but at least their team didn’t leave me hanging. After that, transactions have been smooth again.

Good platform, but sometimes interface lags during volatility
I trade crypto quite actively and use XT.com mostly for spot trading. The execution speed is decent, and the spreads stay tight overall which is great. However, during high volatility moments, the web interface tends to lag sometimes, making it hard to place orders quickly. Customer support was responsive when I reported it, they said it’s being worked on. They also implemented new asset listings regularly, which helps with portfolio variety. I hope they iron out these bugs soon because otherwise it’s a pretty solid exchange for daily trading.
