Not bad but needs better filtering
I spent quite a while sorting through tutors because the filters for subject level and availability weren’t very precise. Once I connected with my tutor, the lessons were fine and helpful. However, the payment process was confusing at first and I had to contact support twice to clarify charges. The website could be more intuitive, especially when managing bookings and cancellations. Despite these annoyances, the personalized approach to tutoring made a difference in my learning.
