Functional but could improve speed
Wrapped tokens definitely open up a lot more DeFi possibilities especially for cross-chain NFTs. The only thing is sometimes transactions feel slower compared to other wrappers I’ve used. Hoping for speed upgrades soon.

Complicated process and slow support response
I tried to wrap some tokens to move funds across chains but ran into a glitch where my transaction stayed pending for hours. Contacted support but didn’t get a helpful reply until the next day, which was annoying since I had deadlines for my trades. Also, the UI wasn’t very intuitive for a newbie like me. Hopefully they improve responsiveness and streamline the process because the concept is great but execution needs work.

Mixed feelings on fees and speed
