Decent service but slow support
The bridge functionality is quite stable and I appreciate the wide range of supported chains. That said, I waited over 24 hours for a response from customer support regarding a failed transfer. Hopefully they speed that up soon.

Solid protocol but some gas fees sting
I’ve been using Wormhole for about 3 months now to move tokens between Ethereum and Terra. The process is mostly smooth but I’ve noticed the gas fees on Ethereum side can spike unexpectedly, making small transfers less cost-effective. Other than that, the cross-chain messaging is stable and transfers usually confirm within 10 minutes.

Good but interface could improve
Transfers are generally smooth but sometimes the UI lags when switching networks. Also wish there was better clarity on fees before initiating swaps. Still, the interoperability is solid compared to other bridges I've tried.
