The app is okay but sometimes confusing, especially with choosing payout options. Made a transfer but accidentally picked bank deposit instead of mobile money, had to contact support for correction.

Transfers happen quickly and the app interface is pretty intuitive. However, once I had an issue where the payout option was set incorrectly, and getting it corrected took two days and several chats with support. They eventually fixed it but the delay was annoying since the recipient needed the money urgently. Hopefully they speed up response times soon.

Used WorldRemit a few times for sending money to relatives in Kenya. While the transaction fees are reasonable, I had issues with two transfers taking over 48 hours to complete, which caused some stress. The chat support is slow and sometimes unhelpful. One time, their system kept showing my transaction as 'pending' for 3 days even though the recipient confirmed the funds. It definitely needs better communication and faster processing times to compete with other services.
