Good selection but packaging was poor
I like the wide range of books available and the prices are fair. My last order came with one book’s cover slightly bent though, probably because the packaging was too thin. Still, the customer support was quick to respond and offered a refund.

Good prices but shipping slow
Found a rare edition here cheaper than anywhere else which was great. However, delivery took over two weeks, which was longer than I expected. Support responded but didn't offer much explanation.
