Mixed feelings on my recent order
I ordered a set of outdoor cushions which looked great on the website, but when they arrived, the colors were more muted than expected and the fabric felt thinner. Support responded quickly but couldn’t offer a return without restocking fees, which is frustrating. I might try something else next time though, since some other décor pieces were good quality.
