Good features, but interface is clunky
Using Workday for recruiting and employee reviews has been mostly fine, but sometimes the interface feels outdated and unintuitive. It takes several clicks to find what I need, and the mobile app crashes occasionally. On the positive side, their reporting tools are full and the data syncs well with payroll. The team support is okay, but I wish implementation was smoother because our HR staff had a hard time adapting at first.
