I've tried several exchanges and WOO offers great liquidity and competitive fees, which is why I keep coming back. However, I miss having more advanced order types and in-depth analytics inside the platform. Also, the verification process was a bit tedious and took longer than expected. On the bright side, withdrawals were quick and without issues, and the staking options helped me earn some passive income while holding. Customer support helped me out with a stuck withdrawal once, which was handled professionally after a few back-and-forth messages.

Good liquidity but app glitches
Trading volumes are solid and spreads are tight, which I really appreciate. However, the mobile app crashed twice during my last session, which was frustrating. Support was helpful though and got back to me quickly.
