I like the football betting options here, but the cashout sometimes takes longer than expected. I had to wait almost two days for my last withdrawal which was annoying. They have decent promos and the app looks nice though.

I’ve used William Hill mostly for in-play betting on football and tennis. While the odds are competitive, the in-play updates occasionally freeze, which can be frustrating when you want to cash out quickly. One time I missed a good early cashout because the button didn’t respond fast enough. On the bright side, the variety of sports and bet types is impressive, and customer support was understanding when I reached out. I hope they improve their app responsiveness soon.

I’ve been using William Hill for over a year mainly for horse racing bets. Their odds are competitive but sometimes the live odds updates lag a bit, which cost me a couple of good live bets. The app could be more stable too, it crashed twice during in-play matches last month. Still, customer service was polite and sorted a refund for a misplaced bet. It’s overall solid but they could fix those glitches.
