Mixed feelings about Will Bank
I opened my account last year mainly for the low fees and digital convenience. While payments and transfers mostly work fine, I’ve faced a few hiccups like delayed push notifications and occasional login errors. The cashback program is nice but sometimes rewards take days to appear. Also customer support was hit or miss depending on the agent. I’m hopeful they’ll improve these bugs soon since the concept is promising.
