Great Designs but High Prices
While I adore the aesthetics of West Elm, I do find that some items are a bit on the pricey side. I bought a floor lamp and a shelving unit, and while they look incredible, the cost made me hesitate. That said, I would still shop here again for unique finds.

Great Products but Delivery Issues
I really love the design of the furniture I ordered from West Elm. However, the delivery took longer than expected and the tracking was confusing. I had to call customer service a couple of times to get updates, which was a bit frustrating. Once the pieces arrived, I was very happy with the quality and style.

Good quality products, pricey delivery
The furniture looks great, but I found the shipping costs a bit excessive. I ordered a coffee table and a few chairs, and the total cost was much higher than I anticipated. Still, once everything was set up, it looked fantastic.
