Used WEEX for a few months now, mainly for BTC and ETH trading. The interface is clean but sometimes it lags, especially during high volatility. Placed a sell order that took almost an hour to execute, which was frustrating. Withdrawals also took longer than expected, about 3 days, while other exchanges I use are faster. Customer support was polite but didn’t speed things up much.

The exchange performs well and trades execute swiftly, but I find the mobile app a bit clunky. Also, had a minor hiccup with the crypto withdrawal limits being lower than expected, which was annoying. Support fixed it quickly though, so no big deal.

Weex offers a variety of altcoins which is great, especially for smaller tokens. Sometimes the price charts take a little time to update and order filling isn’t instant. However, the overall experience is fairly smooth and the security features seem reliable.

Trading pairs are solid and the fees seem reasonable, but I had to wait nearly two days to get a response from customer support about a stuck transaction. Otherwise, the app runs fine and I like the staking option they offer.

I signed up hoping to find a reliable exchange but ran into issues with the KYC process taking over a week, which is too slow for me. Also, the desktop interface is sometimes glitchy when placing orders during busy times. Trading pairs selection is decent, but I wish they had more fiat options. Withdrawals finally went through but were delayed by a day. Not terrible, but I’m considering alternatives.
