Not the best service
Ordered a TV stand, and it arrived with a scratch. Called customer service and they were nice but took forever to arrange a replacement. Very disappointed.

Good selection, some issues
Wayfair has a great variety of furniture. However, my order got mixed up and I received a coffee table instead of a dresser. Customer service was helpful but it took longer than expected to resolve.
