Decent some frustration
I appreciate Waterstones for offering signed copies sometimes, which is a real treat for collectors like me. Placing my last order was smooth but the delivery took twice as long as expected without updates. Also, one book came with a bent cover which was disappointing. Tried contacting support but it took days to get a reply which was frustrating when I wanted a replacement. I’ll keep shopping here for the unique finds but hope they improve their packaging and communication speed.

Pretty good but needs some tweaks
Waterstones offers a solid selection, especially for academic texts which I buy regularly. Recently though, I noticed some prices were higher than other retailers and the website was glitchy during checkout. Support was helpful when I reached out but the delay in response was annoying. Still, I trust them for quality copies and fast shipments most of the time.

Mixed feelings about delivery and pricing
I love browsing the genres on Waterstones, especially their sci-fi section which is really extensive. However, the delivery took longer than promised and the shipping costs felt a bit steep for a simple paperback book. On the plus side, the packaging was secure with no damage to the book itself. Customer service was friendly but didn't really offer a solution. I'll probably shop here again but I'll look out for cheaper shipping options next time.
