I like that Bitcoin.com Wallet supports multiple coins and the interface is pretty straightforward on my phone. However, I’ve noticed some delays when sending transactions during peak hours which can be frustrating. Customer support was helpful though when I reached out about a stuck transfer last week.

I use Bitcoin.com Wallet daily and really like the multi-coin support and easy key management. However, I wish the app had more timely push notifications when transactions confirm or fail because I missed a few updates. Also, sometimes the app’s balance display lags behind the network which can be confusing if you’re trading quickly. Other than that, it’s stable and secure and I trust it to hold my assets safely.

I've been using Bitcoin.com Wallet regularly for over 6 months now. Usually transactions go through quickly, especially sending BCH, and I appreciate that they support a wide variety of tokens. The UI is pretty streamlined on both phone and desktop. However, once I had a transaction stuck pending for almost 2 hours which was frustrating since support was slow to respond. Still, after the delay, it finally completed without loss. it’s reliable but could improve on support responsiveness.
