My dog usually loves her walks with Wag! caregivers. Last month, though, there was a miscommunication about the time, and the walker showed up half an hour late. Support was helpful but I hope this doesn’t happen again.

Mostly happy with Wag! The dog sitter was great with Ruby and prompt every visit. Only issue was a delayed update in the app once, so I had to call support. They fixed it quickly though, so not a big deal.

I like that Wag! gives real-time updates during dog walks and that the walkers seem genuinely caring. Still, sometimes the app notifications are slow or missing which can be frustrating when you’re waiting for news. Overall a solid option but they could improve the app experience.
