VNX’s approach to transparency in their smart contracts is refreshing. I’ve been impressed by how automated their system is for asset management and how easy it is to track everything on-chain. That said, the app crashed twice during swaps for me last month, which was inconvenient. Still, support was polite and helped me recover funds quickly. I’m hopeful they’ll iron out these bugs soon.

I appreciate that the fees are transparent, though sometimes the gas costs get unexpectedly high. Support is okay but could be quicker with replies.

VNX’s decentralized trading is mostly smooth with decent execution speed. The smart contracts run reliably, and I appreciate the transparency. My only gripe is that support chat took almost a full day to get back to me when a transaction got stuck, which was frustrating during a volatile market. Would be great if they could speed up their response times.

I like how transparent VNX is with their smart contract code and the decentralized trading feels secure. I've been using VNX for about three months now mainly for their tokenized asset management. The smart contracts are usually solid and transparency is a big plus. However, I had one issue where my liquidity provision transaction took way longer than expected due to network congestion. Their support responded but resolution took a couple of days.
