Nice app, minor glitches
I like the cashback feature on foreign purchases, really helps. Only downside is the app sometimes lags when switching currencies, but not a dealbreaker.

Mixed feelings about Vivid
I’ve been using Vivid for a few months mainly for travel. The multi-currency accounts are great for avoiding fees, and the cashback on international purchases is a nice bonus. But the app can be glitchy, and support responses are slow when I had issues with a declined payment abroad. Still better than my old bank though, especially for managing money on the go.

Best neobank experience yet
I switched to Vivid six months ago after getting tired of hidden fees elsewhere. The instant notifications for every transaction keep me on track, and their budgeting tools within the app made saving way easier. Plus, the cashback on groceries and travel spends actually adds up and shows up right away. Occasionally, the currency rates fluctuate more than I expect but it’s transparent and I can plan around it. Vivid feels like they really get what modern banking should be.

Good but needs better limits
I appreciate the multi-currency wallets and the real-time exchange rates. However, the daily transfer limit feels a bit low for my needs, especially when sending money abroad. Hoping they’ll raise it soon.
