Great concept but some UI quirks
I was really excited to move my DeFi activities over to Vishwa because of the promise of secure asset management and transparency. Setting up my account and completing the KYC was reasonably smooth. However, I ran into some confusing navigation in the dashboard that made it hard to track my loans and staking rewards at first. Also, the withdrawal process wasn’t as instant as I expected, with a delay of a couple hours. Customer chat support was helpful but slow to respond during peak hours. I’m sticking around because the underlying protocols seem solid, but they need to polish the UI and speed things up.
