Using ViaBTC has been mostly fantastic, but I had one issue that bugged me. They recently updated their app, and it was a bit glitchy for a few days. However, their team was on it and fixed it fast. Other than that, the mining performance is excellent, and I feel secure with my investments. Just keep improving the app, and you’ll have my full five stars!

I’ve been mining with ViaBTC for about 4 months. it's been a good experience but I did have a couple of issues with transaction delays. Once or twice my payouts were slow, which was frustrating. But when I reached out, their support was helpful and sorted it out pretty quickly. Just wish the transaction times were more consistent.

ViaBTC has been my go-to for a while now. They have solid mining pools that work well, but I do wish the fees were a bit lower. Also, sometimes the support takes longer to respond than I would like. they’re good but there’s definitely room for improvement.
