Disappointed with withdrawal delays and support
I started using Vesper last December and initially liked the auto-invest strategies on ETH and USDC pools. Recently, when I tried to withdraw about 500 USD worth of tokens, the transaction got stuck for over two days due to network congestion. I reached out to support twice but only got generic responses that didn’t help. Meanwhile, gas fees kept rising which made me reconsider if this platform suits my needs. Hoping the team improves responsive assistance soon because the passive income potential is definitely there otherwise.
