Disappointing experience
I had a bad experience with support. They took a long time to respond when I needed to reschedule, and I ended up missing a session. Very frustrating.

I had mixed feelings. My tutor was nice, but I didn’t feel like I progressed enough. I think I expected more from the sessions.
