Been with Vanguard for almost 5 years now and overall I’m pretty satisfied. The fees are clearly laid out which I appreciate, and their mutual fund selections helped diversify my portfolio nicely. Recently, though, the mobile app gets sluggish during peak hours which makes quick trades a bit stressful. Support agents were courteous but couldn’t offer a fix right away. Hoping they optimize the platform soon because otherwise it’s a solid broker for long-term investors like me.
