Pretty good but support delayed
I joined Usual to stake some ETH and the APYs looked promising. The staking process was smooth and my rewards started accumulating as expected. However, I had a question about switching collateral types and support took two days to reply, which was frustrating. Also, I noticed the app sometimes lags when checking loan status. Hopefully they fix it soon because the core service is solid.

Good service but some hiccups
I started borrowing assets through Usual about three months ago. The interest rates are decent compared to others I've tried, and I appreciate the transparency of their decentralized model. However, I had a stuck transaction once that support fixed after a day, which was a bit annoying. Overall the platform feels secure and I like having more control over my assets than with traditional banks.
