Mostly good but slow transfers
I've been using USAA for about six months, mainly for their deposit accounts. The app is easy to navigate, which I appreciate. My only gripe is the ACH transfers sometimes take longer than promised, which threw off my bill payments once.

Convenient but app glitches sometimes
USAA’s digital services make life easier, especially for transfers and bills. However, I noticed the app occasionally freezes during login, which can be annoying when I’m in a hurry. Support promised a fix soon, so I’m hopeful. Still, I can’t beat the features designed for military members.

Good overall but KYC took a while
I opened a savings account recently, the process was mostly digital which I liked. The KYC verification though took nearly 3 days which was frustrating. Customer support was helpful and kept me updated, but I expected faster approval.
