The bridge service itself is decent and supports many chains. However, I got stuck with a pending transaction for almost a day and customer support was slow to respond. Finally managed to resolve it but it felt unnecessarily stressful for something that’s supposed to be smooth.

Used Universal Bridge to transfer some ERC-20 tokens to Binance Smart Chain last week. The swap worked but the app crashed twice during the process which was annoying. Fees were decent but took longer than expected to confirm the transaction.

Universal Bridge gets the job done but I sometimes get confused by which network to pick when transferring tokens. They could improve UX to make it clearer for newbies. The confirmations can also be slow during busy hours though the transfers eventually go through fine.
