Using Unit's API for integrating payment systems was pretty smooth, the docs were clear and easy to follow. I did run into a delay when I needed help with card issuance limits though support took a couple of days to respond which kinda slowed me down. Other than that, managing accounts through their platform has been reliable so far.

I signed up with Unit last year to integrate banking APIs into my e-commerce platform. The setup was pretty straightforward, and their API docs were very clear. But a couple of times, the payout triggers delayed by a day, which threw off my cash flow. Customer support was helpful though, they responded in under an hour and fixed the issue quickly. Still wish they improved real-time transaction accuracy.

Switched to Unit after struggling with clunky bank APIs. The transition was a bit bumpy, mostly because of syncing past transactions, but their team guided me through every step. Now I can issue virtual cards to contractors instantly and track spend in real time which saves so much admin work. Payments settle quickly and the customization options for cards helped tailor everything to my team’s needs. I just wish reporting could be a bit more detailed, but considering the time saved, I’m overall very happy.

I’ve been using Unit for integrating payment services into my app. The API works well most days but sometimes sessions time out unexpectedly, which is annoying during busy hours. Their docs could be clearer on error codes too, had to reach out to support more often than I’d like. Still, they’re quick to help and the overall platform is solid.

I use Unit to handle company cards and manage funds across different projects. The dashboard is user-friendly, but sometimes the card limits reset unexpectedly, which confused my finance team. Also, multi-user access is a bit clunky when assigning roles. Despite that, the API integration was solid and saved us from building our own banking backend. a good choice if you can work around minor annoyances.
