Mixed feelings on last order
I like the variety Ulta offers but my last order had a broken bottle and support took too long to respond. The website was easy to use though, so I still shop there sometimes.

Decent site but checkout glitchy
I tried to use a promo code and it didn’t apply correctly, had to call support which was a hassle. Still, the product selection is solid and prices are fair enough.
